2. The paper must be at least 750 to 1,000 words, which is 3 to 4 pages using double-spacing, 12 pitch font and one inch margins.
3. Students must consult at least three valid sources in their research.

Valid sources include reputable newspapers (New York Times, Washington Post), reliable websites (government, educational, research group or professional organization/association), academic journals and library holdings.
Topics:
1. Explain the distinction between a) freedom of speech 8 freedom of assembly and b) civil disobedience.
