General information about the selected hazard, covering the main topics
- Identifying the hazard
- Quantifying the hazard
- Mitigating or general preventive strategies to reduce the risk of the hazard
Section-2: Four EXAMPLES
In each subsection you need to write about:
- Why the accident happened
- What is the damage that resulted from the accident: Economic, Injuries, death etc...
- How to prevent these accidents from happening. Discuss appropriate preventive strategies.
