Research online current trends in the industry in regards to cocktail hours and receptions and identify what's new, different, exciting? Then select one item to focus on for your report. Provide in a typed format the following:
1. What is the current trend you are focusing on? (1 paragraph)
2. What item are you going to prepare?
3. Where did you find it? (CASE study is acceptable, but always give credit)
4. How will you change the recipe to make it unique to yourself?
5. What will the "catered" life of this recipe be, from home prep to transport to service (don't forget to include how you will present it, type of platter, etc.
6. Include a photo of the item from the site you found it.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
