What is the calculated f value

Bruce Kuhlman, the owner of Kuhlman Farms, wants to use the brand of fertilizer that will produce the maximum yield per acre of wheat. Mr. Kuhlman can select from four different commercial brands: Wolfe, White, Korosa and Vigro. To begin, Mr. Kuhlman divides his field into 24 plots of equal size. The wheat is then planted at the same time in the same manner. The only difference in the plots is he randomly assigns the Wolfe brand of fertilizer to six plots, the White brand to six plots, the Korosa brand to six plots and the Vigro brand to six plots. At the end of the growing season, he records the number of bushels of wheat produced on each plot. The results, in bushels at the end of the growing season are
WHITE: 21; 16; 19; 20; 18; 19
KOROSA: 12; 14, 12, 11, 12, 15
VIGRO: 18; 20; 21; 18; 22; 19
