Discussion Questions
This unit's discussion board post includes three parts:
(a) Now that you have learned about leadership development and coaching, describe how you will apply this in your own life.
(b) Create one actionable goal for you to develop as a coach in your chosen career field. Be sure that your goal meets the criteria listed in Box 11.1 on p. 207 of your textbook.
(c) What is the best follow-up strategy for you to track your progress toward this goal?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
