Challenge- you are a branch manager of a regional bank. You have been told by senior management that approximately 20% of your branch staff will be losing their job in the next six months and that an efficiency team will be visiting your branch in three weeks to begin making recommendations for position restructurings and lay-offs. You have been directed to compose some type of written communication to your branch employees to let them know this information. You choose to use the Business Writing process of prewriting, drafting, and revising.
