What is the alleged relevance of Hudson's contrast between the A1 and A2 "Rabbit Identification and Removal Services" to the problem of evil? What about his example of the A3-team and the tarp in his garden? Explain in your own words what skeptical theism is, and how it is analogous to the latter case involving the A3-team.
