What is the air pressure above the water surface in tank

A closed tank has an enclosed airspace above the surface of water which fills the tank to a depth of something over a foot. At 12 inches below the water surface a manometer is connected to the tank, but the upper six inches in the manometer is oil with a specific gravity of 0.8. The top surface of the oil in the manometer is even with the water surface inside the tank. If the ambient pressure is 14.5 lbf/in2, what is the air pressure above the water surface in the tank? The density of water is 62.4lbf/ft3.
