What is scapuloperoneal myopathy

Problem:

Scapuloperoneal Myopathy (SPM), a weakness and wasting disorder affecting muscles in the shoulder blade area and below the knee, is inherited with the X-linked dominant allele M. The X-linked recessive allele m does not contribute to SPM. Hypocalcemia (HC), a condition where low calcium concentrations lead to muscle spasms and cramping, is inherited with the autosomal dominant allele H. The autosomal recessive allele h does not contribute to HC.

Required:

Question 1: Raymond has HC but does not have SPM. His wife Rochelle has SPM but does not have HC. Rochelle's father does not have SPM. Raymond's mother does not have HC. Out of 5 children born to Raymond and Rochelle, what is the probability that 3 will be sons with SPM who do not have HC?

Question 2: For Raymond and Rochelle, what is the probability that their first child will be a daughter with HC who does not have SPM and their second child will be a son both HC and SPM and their third child will be a daughter who is free of both diseases?

Question 3: Travis has SPM but does not have HC. His wife Tania has HC but does not have SPM. Tania's father does not have HC. Out of 4 children born to Travis and Tania, what is the probability that at least one will be a son with HC who does not have SPM?

Question 4: What is the probability that the first child born to Travis and Tania will be either a daughter with SPM who does not have HC or a son who is free of both diseases?
