What is responsibility for employees careers

Discuss the below in 2 page:

1. What is the proper balance between individual and organizational responsibility for employees' careers?

2. Susan is an experienced clerical worker who wears a hijab (head scarf) in conformance with her Muslim beliefs. Affinity Temps, a company with 12 permanent employees and legions of temporaries, places Susan in a long-term assignment with one of its clients, a technology company of 2,000 employees. The client contacts Affinity and requests that it notify Susan that she must remove her hijab while working at the front desk. If Susan doesn't do so, the client requests that Affinity assign another person to Susan's position. According to the client,

Susan's religious attire violates its dress code and presents the "wrong image."

a. Should Affinity comply with its client's request? Why or why not?

b. Can the client change Susan's assignment giving her one that keeps her out of public view?

c. Do you think the client can successfully argue "undue hardship?"

d. Is it reasonable and/or legal for Affinity to re-assign another worker to the client?
