Explain Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in an 8- to 10-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation. Include the following in your presentation:
i. An introduction to the theory
ii. A description of the needs at each level
iii. What is required to satisfy each level of need
iv. Ways that an employer could meet each level of need to help an employee become self-actualized (For example, to address the physiological need of hunger, an employer can provide a way for the employee to earn money to purchase food.)
v. An explanation of how you could use Maslow's theory to help you identify your own needs and set goals to meet them
vi. An explanation of the humanistic perspective of personality development
vii. A concluding slide
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
