I. Identify 3 occasions when you will need to obtain information from the client's treating allied health professional when planning to deliver or delivering a daily living skills program which includes the use of assistive devices.
II. How does the kind of workplace environment you work in affect service delivery? For each of the following settings,

ii. Small private rehabilitation clinic
iii. Home based care
III. Provide an example of how the following may be affected:

IV. What is quality assurance, best practice, and accreditation? Provide a definition for each and an example for each of how your work requirements may be affected by these.
V. Record keeping is an important part of your job as a health worker and when using assistive devices with a client. What do you need to include when you are making records in a client file and / or what guidelines should you follow for making records? Identify at least 5 details you should include.
