what is parsin?

Source programmed statements are observed as tokens, recognizing, building block of language the task of scanning the source statement and classifying the different tokens is termed as lexical analysis. The part of the compiler which performs this task is commonly termed as a scanner.

After the token scan, all statements in the program should be recognized as several language constructs, as an assignment or declaration statement described through the grammar.

This process is termed as Syntactic analysis or parsing is performed through the part of compiler termed as parser.
