The BP oil spill did cause a lot of harm. There is ample evidence for that is easy to uncover. But, in any disaster there is someone or some organization who will benefit from the pain and suffering and loss of business and overall local economic situation. Who or what organization benefited from this BP disaster? Think outside the box.
