Review the following Tender Opportunity on CanadaBuys and go through the posting as well as the detailed RFP document AND Statement Of Work found in the bidding details in order to respond to the following questions:
1. What Government department is this procurement requirement for?
2. Will there be a Bidders Conference for this solicitation?
3. When is the Bidders conference?
4. How many Trade Agreements apply to this solicitation?
5. Can bids be received in person?
6. What is something that should be in the "Management of Services" section of their proposal?
7. Does the vendor need to provide fixed costs?
8. What is one type of information the vendor must certify?
9. What is the minimum the vendor must achieve in the technical evaluation?
10. Does the vendor need to provide a detailed cost breakdown for this work?
11. What is the selection methodology to evaluate bidders?
12. Are there accessibility requirements for the trail design?
13. Will Parks Canada provide any support, equipment, or information to the vendor?
14. How many phases or "required services" is the vendor responsible for?
15. What association must the Prime consultant be a member of?
