For your first Mini-Leadership Paper, I want you to interview someone you think is a positive leader in the Kansas City community. They can be in any field/industry that you would like. Your paper will be a summary of your interview and what you learned from them. If you need assistance finding someone to interview, please let me know as soon as possible and I will help you find someone!
The following guidelines are in place for the assignment:
i. Must be Two Pages long, Double Spaced.
ii. Please use Times New Roman and 12-Point Font.
Sample Questions to Ask The Interviewee:
i. What is your current position and how did you get to where you are at?
ii. How would you define a good leader?
iii. What is one common mistake you see leaders make?
iv. What is one of the biggest challenges leaders face today?
v. What kind of leader do you see yourself as?
vi. What is one piece of advice you have for future leaders?
