Population, Analysis and Measurement
The discussion assignment for this includes a review of the IP5 final project completed by one of your classmates, as well as a substantial response to at least 2 other students.
Primary Task Response: Your first task is to post your own IP5 summary to the discussion area so that other students are able to review your plan. Attach your document to the main discussion post, and include any notes that you feel are appropriate. The purpose of this assignment is to help improve the quality of the IP5 that you will complete .

2. Do you think the leadership style affects your ability to perform exceptionally within the group?
3. How would you rate your team leader's leadership style? Do you think he/she has been able to motivate the group members to perform better?
4. How often do you experience conflict within the group? What strategies does the group leader employ to minimize such occurrences?
