1. Create a three to five-page paper (using APA formatting) that describes your organizational profile, namely, your organizational environment, relationships, competitive environment, strategic context and system for performance improvement.
2. Include what you think is meant by Continuous Process Improvement.

Background - Brief introduction of the organization
