Case Study: Inventory Control
Create your own warehouse Inventory scenario. Come up with a Company name, a product, and a story to determine how much of your product is used/consumed on a weekly basis, lead time, buffer inventory, and total number of deliveries per year. Once you have developed your case study answer the following questions regarding your inventory:
i. What is your re-order level?
ii. What is your re-order quantity?
iii. What is the progress level for this item?
iv. What is the maximum inventory level of your product?
