Global financial services company those operates its business in various countries such as London, New York, Tokyo and Singapore. Global financial services company corporate organizational culture might be affected due to the different cultures of each locations or country office (Tihanyi, Griffith and Russell, 2005). This paper discusses about the effects of different regional cultural on the corporate organizational culture of this multinational company.
