Where is Florida in regard to the implementation of professional learning communities? What is the level of implementation with regard to the components of assessment literacy, reflective practices, professional development, and student interventions?
Would you be willing to become a leader and design professional development sessions about cultural awareness and assessment? Why/Why not? If so, how will someone convince the administration to allow a teacher to become a leader and design professional development sessions about cultural awareness and assessment?
