Marketing on an international level is considerably more complex and expensive than a domestic marketing plan. You will find international marketing is a diverse and complex environment that can be selective by country or region. Your responsibility will be to research countries that could be potential marketplaces in the future. Once you have identified the countries, you will need to research the potential product demand, cost of living, economic growth, and any opportunities to venture in nearby markets. You may find looking at a region as a whole will provide your corporation with more opportunities for expansion within more than just a single country in that region. In this context, international marketing is focused on new and expanded markets in the global marketplace.

You will research the topic of International Marketing in general terms and more specifically for your employer or an organization of your choosing. Select an article that most closely addresses the international marketplace for your employer or corporation. Your selection should be recent - within the past five (5) years.

Your article should be a detailed explanation of the international marketing environment, explaining pitfalls and points of opportunity. You may choose more than one article if you like. Provide a synopsis of the articles as prescribed by the format outlined earlier in the course. Your selected article(s) must be from a peer reviewed journal with empirical research data containing hypotheses, statistical findings and relevant international marketing content.

Support your paper with minimum of one (1) peer reviewed article. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Craete a 3-5 pages excluding title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
