o What is the difference between a General or Master plan that you learned about in the last chapter and a Strategic Plan?
o Reviewing the attached Strategic Plan, identify and assess what elements, as outlined on page 169 of the book, are present and provide your input on how effectively each item is presented.
o What is your decision-making style? Look at those decision-making styles from the book and see if you relate to one over another.
o In the video, what is indicated as one of the most under neglected part of the decision-making process, which can frustratingly doom the decision?
