What is hazard that we have in terms of not taking necessary

Problem

If we drive gasoline-powered automobiles and or operate many other everyday types of gasoline-powered equipment, it is possible that we may not consider the potential hazard associated with refueling this equipment. What potential hazard is there in the risk of 'over-familiarity'; that is since we are so often in proximity to gasoline;

i. What is the hazard (and associated risk) that we have in terms of not taking necessary controls to reduce the probability of a fire or other safety-related incident occurring?

ii. What about an adverse health effect through respiratory or direct skin contact exposures?
