Consider how, over time, we have advanced to a more peaceful world as represented by the historical development of the three perspectives we have studied and the creation of a set of rules that guide most international relations. Now consider the question of in the future moving toward an even more peaceful and equitable global community. What is arguably the paradox that is the greatest challenge we must overcome to develop a global governance system? Why is this aspect, which led to Liberalism, so great a challenge to moving beyond Liberalism?
