Create a matrix of community partnering opportunities. Be sure to address the items below:
• What is the name of the organization?
• What is (are) the name(s) of the organization leader(s)?
• What are their interests, priorities, or concerns regarding the school or schooling?
• What information do they need to build a stronger relationship?
• What can I (or we) do to build that relationship?
• What communications tool will work best to keep them informed?
• Who will be in charge of that communication tool and process?

List as many groups, organizations, and individuals as possible. Try to capture a snapshot of the community in which you will serve as a teacher leader. Include a short (1 page) essay in which you inform yourself of things to be aware of, and explain what you learned about your community by doing this exercise.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the homework, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
