• What is appealing about incentive systems to organizational leaders during a change implementation process? Can you share examples of when it would be useful to create new incentives early on in a transformation process to support new behaviors? • Concerning your Unit VIII Final Project in general terms, share two strategies that could be deployed in order to create respect and psychological safety during one of the steps in the change process that you are proposing in your final project.
