For M1A3 you are asked to "Identif(y) the correct variables and (discuss) their impact and control of them".
If the hypothesis within the M1A3 scenario is: "high employee satisfaction is correlated with low employee absenteeism"...
4. What is the independent variable?
5. What is the dependent variable?
6. What are possible extraneous variables that might impact the research for this hypothesis?
