Assignment Task: In this class we are focusing on the use of Microsoft's productivity software Office 365, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Productivity software helps us produce information and help us work more efficiently. I mentioned in my lecture Microsoft Power Automate - which allows users to automate repetitive tasks such as downloading data, sending emails when files are created, sending push notifications, or creating a Task from a Teams message. Thinking beyond the MS Office suite, what is an example of productivity software you would use in an organization and what organizational benefit is created?
