1. The nature versus nurture controversy rages on. You assignment for this week is to find AT LEAST one argument ON EACH SIDE of the controversy; one for and one against. Is delinquency inherited, genetic? The nature side. OR Is it the parents, environment, social, peers, etc? The nurture side. 2. What is a School Resource Officer (SRO)? Approximately how many School Resource Officers are there in the U.S.? School Resource Officer is a promotion for a patrol person who has performed well as a patrol person. Do you believe police departments should take a valuable asset (patrol person) away from answering calls for service to serve as SRO? Support your answer with citations from an internet search.
