I. Research and identify a campaign advertisement from a past presidential election (campaign advertisements for the purpose of this assignment should be a short video or commercial)
II. Answer the following questions about your chosen advertisement (be mindful that the questions have multiple parts, so make sure you provide complete answers to all questions):

A. What is the name of the advertisement and the candidate? Identify the election year and who the candidate ran against.
B. What is a primary election and what is a general election? Is the advertisement from a primary or general election? Did the candidate win the election?
C. Describe the content of the advertisement based on the following points:
a. What are the issues discussed in the advertisement?
b. Does the advertisement provide information on the positions of the candidate, and if so, what are they? Does the advertisement focus on the opposing candidate(s) (if yes, please explain)?
c. Feel free to provide any additional information on the advertisement you wish to share!
D. How effective do you feel the advertisement was? Was the message and purpose of the advertisement clear? Explain your reasoning.
