Programs/Service (instead of supporting ideas): a list of specific programs (maybe a sentence about each) and/or services offered if the organization has multiple things going on. If the organization really only has 1 key program, then give a short 5-7 sentence explanation of what it is.
Reaction: this is largely the same as previous AR assignments; a 5-7 sentence paragraph that shares your thoughts about the organization.
