Discussion: Building trust
Trust is essential in any authentic, respectful relationship, whether it is among partners, friends, colleagues, and/or members of a team.
In the article "How to build a Team using Vision, Commitment and Trust," you read that "when trust prevails, team members are more willing to go through a difficult process, supported through ups, downs, risk, and potential loss.
"Trust provides the foundation for the belief that "we are all in this together." and "I am safe working with you," both of which are essential elements to building a team on the same committed path. With these thoughts in mind.
