As an Educator, you are working with your primary child out on the playground, when all of a sudden, another child slipped and bumped his head on the ground and you saw this happened. How do you ask other staff to assist you, keeping in mind to make sure other children are being taken care of and are safe?
Let us assume you are Ryan's primary caregiver. You are not able to make it in to work tomorrow due to a previously scheduled appointment. Your colleague will support Ryan while you are off. Consider the following two questions:
1. What information would you share about Ryan with your colleague?
