We live in an age of immediate communication and employers are using new technology tactics to verify information on prospective or current employees. Critically review your own Facebook, LinkedIn, or other online social networking site. What information is appropriate to share in these forums? What information should not be shared and why? Should employers or any other interested professional parties have the right to seek out these personal postings and make decisions about you based on what they see and read? Why or why not?
