3. Mention also what important content you needed to learn during internship, which was not covered in your courses.
4. Also discuss how your internship work involved interactions with co-workers, supervisors and clients.
Internship:
During my internship, I worked as technician/service desk having responsibilities including answering calls, resolving clients' issues, and maintaining tickets records. I reset passwords and walked clients through to create their account by asking some security questions or sending verification code. In addition, I worked for a beer store where I resolved employees' issue such as locked accounts, password resets, frozen terminals etc.
