Discussion Post: Public Human
After reviewing this resources, you will need to compose a discussion board post of at least 250 words that addresses the guiding questions listed. • Provide a historical explanation of labor unions, include an explanation of the role of Human Resources in the collective bargaining process and labor union processes after a labor contract is signed.
• What impacts have labor unions have on the current work environment?
• Is there a racial, social class, and/or gender privilege associated with labor unions? Explain.
• Based on this response, how then are labor unions viewed and approached?
