Topic is about how your organization has changed as a result of COVID-19. What Impact it had on the organization. For instance, online (remote work, everyone went online), mental health issues, IT infrastructure, training logistics

ii. Part II: Literature review, use references as needed (how COVID has changes the organization)
iii. Part III: Talk about the paper (body of the paper) (How COVID has impacted your organization)
iv. Part IV: Conclusion, (summarize everything and ensure that it is written in a way that readers can find key takeaway)
