Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read Chapter 9 and Chapter 10 of your course text, and article "An Efficient Combination of Dispatch Rules for Job-Shop Scheduling Problem".
Consider how you schedule and complete job assignments, either at your place of employment or at your ideal job, and answer the following questions. Which dispatch rule do you normally use when deciding which job to do next (or the order of completing assigned tasks)? What if you changed your dispatch rule? Would doing so alter the way you complete work and improve your performance?
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
