What i want to make sure is that beoh2 is not a strong base

Question- I am reading a statement off of my chemistry book that "the principal strong base are the hydroxides of group IA elements and group IIA elements (except Be)." I also read that the given common strong bases are: LiOH, NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2, Sr(OH)2, and Ba(OH)2.

Part 1- What I want to make sure is that Be(OH)2 is not a strong base right?

Part 2- What about HOH? Mg(OH)2? RbOH? CsOH? FrOH? and Ra(OH)2? are these considered as strong base?

I have read my textbook in addition I at a halt don't understand thus please provide me a very strong and simple answer?
