In the 1990's, the Financial Industry was known for its discrimination against women (and minorities). In the 21st Century, tech companies are facing similar challenges. As an example, a post-employment post by a former female employee at Uber, Susan Fowler, set of a firestorm of other allegations against Uber and other tech companies. Read this infamous post and tell us what HR seems to have done wrong and what it should have done to respond to these allegations and partner with leadership to address the underlying issues.
