Writing must be at least 4 to 6 pages in length. Writing must be Times New Roman 12-point font, double-spaced (what is being used in this document). Writing will be worth 100 points with a possibility of bonus points for exemplary work as this will be considered your final exam. I will add an assignment for you to upload papers in Canvas. Use of textbook material and class discussions regarding textbook material is required - You will need at least 10 references to textbook or class discussions in your writing. You may organize your writing how you would like. But it must answer critical questions:
What were the differences or similarities between the course material and the limited TV series when analyzing the actions of the key criminal justice professionals (from the police detectives to the Judge)? What were your thoughts and feelings as you witnessed the injustices forced upon them at the hands of the criminal justice system? What have you taken from the miniseries that you will apply professionally as you begin your career in law enforcement or other criminal justice sectors? If you were the police detectives, the prosecutor, the criminal defense attorney, and the parents, what would you have done differently given your knowledge gained in this course?
