Provide brief description of an electronic health record system (explain the features of the system and comment on your experience in using the system. Do you find the system easy to use? What features did you find useful? What features would you like to see added?) Explain your answers and identify at least four challenges in the implementation of electronic health records and provide an example of each challenge.
