What happens to a publicly provided good

Problem

The government rations a variety of publicly provided private goods and impure public goods (in which there is congestion) in a variety of ways. Discuss how each of these is rationed, and consider the effect of alternative rationing systems:

a Public higher education

b Health services in the United Kingdom

c Yellowstone National Park

What happens to a publicly provided good in which congestion can occur (such as a highway or swimming pool on a hot, sunny day), but in which no direct rationing system is employed?

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
