Homework: Key Nutrient Intake
For this Homework, you will review your fat and carbohydrate intake based upon the food log created in Unit 3. The Homework questions will assist you in analyzing the consumption of these nutrients as well as give you the opportunity to explain how these key nutrients are used in the human body.
Use the iProfile diet analysis software to create a PDF of the Intake Compared to DRI report. You will need to submit this along with the Unit 4 homework template.
Review a tutorial on iProfile or review SC115 iProfile Instructions for written instructions to assist you with this homework.
Address each of the following questions on the SC115 Unit 4 Homework Template with complete sentences.

• Review your Intake Compared to DRI report for total grams of carbohydrate. Compare your required intake with your actual intake.

o In three or more sentences, discuss the implications of your carbohydrate intake related to the use of carbohydrate by the human body.
