Provide a case brief on the following case:
o Miller v. Alabama, 567 U.S. 460, 132 S. Ct. 2455 (2012)
Make sure you read each case thoroughly and highlight the relevant points. Be prepared to talk about these cases in class. I am attaching a sample case brief to help you with this assignment. In addition to the Issue, Rule, Analysis and Conclusion I would like for you to add the following headings:
o Procedural History- what happened in the previous courts that landed us in court. (Was it appealed from the lower court and what was the lower courts decision)
o The writer of the final decision.
