1) How often do you look at a clock or watch during the day? Is there anything unnatural about being governed by clocks or watches? What would happen to modern society if all the timepieces stopped, never to run again?
2) What are some of the key skills used by practitioners of an occupation you are interested in? Which of these skills might be replaced by technological advances in the near future? Would a diminished need for these skills make his occupation more or less attractive to you?
