Assignment task: The Power of Habit

As stated in the "Depressive & Bipolar Disorders" chapter, some symptoms of depressive mood can be categorized as cognitive symptoms and behavioral symptoms. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has been showing great results in individuals who suffer from various psychological disorders, mainly depressive disorders. As stated in the textbook, this type of therapy not only focuses on changing one's thought process (often the negative form of thinking) but it also focuses on changing and shaping one's behavior (from negative and destructive behavior to a positive/healthy one). Many habits that we all have is a combination of our thoughts and behavior.
