Question 1: What growth conditions are required for a photoautotrophic, neutrophilic, mesophilic, obligate aerobe?

Question 2: DNA helicase (see below), which is encoded by the xpd gene, is involved in unwinding the double stranded DNA, participate in transcription as well as required for DNA repair. Studies suggest that mutations in DNA helicase cause premature aging also shown in a figure below. Can you design an experiment by which you can identify the mutation, correct the defects and replace the mutated gene with a correct one?
