The legs of the wheelbarrow are 3 horizontal feet from the axle.when the wheelbarrow is unloaded ,a force of 12 lbs. is applied to the handles 4 feet horizontally from the axle needed to raise the legs from the ground.

a. If a 120 lb. soil is placed in the wheelbarrow with its center of gravity 1.5 ft. from the axle, what force is required to raise the legs of the wheel barrow?

b. If the soil is drop off so that the wheelbarrow is having an angle of 87 degrees with the horizontal surface ,a force 100 lbs is applied on the handles, where will the center of gravity be?
